This shot is my favorite from the set I've prepared for a clothing store in Amsterdam. The idea was to show the owner at work, helping out customers trying on her stuff, just like in real life. The store itself is tiny and the owner is the only one working there, thus has a very nice, cozy atmosphere. Just like most other clothing stores, this one is also well lit, including the ability to direct the spot lights any way needed for the shooting. While on this shot light is coming from the the right side, creating some shadows, I actually became to like the way it gives highlight to the hand of the shop owner buckling the necklace clip, it creates a natural, life-like ambiance.
