Wherever you go, you find the patterns of the Amsterdam School, Art Deco and of course the modern design, like the Dockland Architecture. The below building is called The Whale and it was designed by the architect studio West 8, the construction was finished by 2000. It's built in the Amsterdam social housing initiative and it consists of 150 social and 60 private apartments.
